The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were nice and functional. I booked a room with a fine bed, central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a seating area. Jacuzzis was excellent and everything was great. The service was excellent in my opinion. The location was peaceful and great for Bluffton, next to Bluffton / Hilton Head Island. Also, Okatie Creek Golf Club was 2 miles away. I had fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

All you need for wedding in Bluffton. It has quiet location in Bluffton short walk to California or New Jersey lot of Asian INdians-, Hilton Head Island, and common areas.

This place has comfortable rooms with double beds that give a feeling of home away from home, and it's conveniently located near popular destinations like Hilton Head Island and other states like California or New Jersey.

I reserved a double because we needed two beds, but was put in a king. My friend had to sleep on a cot they brought into the room. Staff was polite, but did not fix any issues we or the people around us had.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the Hilton Head area. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the convenient location in a business park, making it perfect for an early morning arrival the next day. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed, whether you prefer a spacious room with a king bed or a cozy room with double beds. Lastly, the breakfast provided was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

Place needs remodeling, it’s ancient and smelled musty. Elevator was noisy and sounded like it was about to give out.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, however the breakfast seating area needed a complete overhaul.

I stay in Bluffton 2-3 times a year when I come down to visit my daughter and her family who are stationed in Beaufort. I usually stay at another hotel, but it was booked. I chose this one due to the rating and was extremely surprised (not in a good way) by its condition. The hotel obviously has not been maintained. Everything is outdated. There wasn't enough lighting in the room and although it was probably clean enough, it just felt dingy and dirty. The breakfast area was just awful. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and accommadating from the clerk at the desk to the maids and the young fellow who maintained the breakfast area. The entire facility was neat and clean. The chairs in the breakfast room need to be replace , but only for esthetic reasons. Ice at the breakfast buffet would have been nice, I had to go to the ice machine to get ice, although the young man offered to go get it for me. The breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING you could want from a continental FREE breakfast (scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, large selection of condiments, juices, coffees, milk and tea). The room was clean and nicely decorated and up to date.

The pillows were so soft that I needed about twelve more to be comfortable. There was something about the ventilation in the room that made me feel asthmatic in the middle of the night, but it didn't bother my husband.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect for my early morning arrival on Hilton Head Island. It was conveniently situated near the island, saving me valuable time. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The staff is polite and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. My youngest daughter enjoyed the swimming pool.

I had a very difficult time finding this hotel. The desk clerk was very patient and stayed on the phone with me to direct me to the hotel. I was told that due strict sign ordinances in the Hilton Head area, they are not allowed to have a sign on the street. I think that is ridiculous. This hotel has been in existence since the 1990's. Signage would be very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the island for an early morning arrival, while the comfortable beds provide guests a sound sleep. the breakfast bar is an excellent and tasty start to the day. the staff is attentive and professional, making the stay enjoyable.
